Warranty All Alisun equipment is supplied to you in good faith and with a full warranty.
General Terms:
- Your 2 or 3 year warranty commences from the day you purchase your Alisun solarium or spray tanning equipment.
- Alisun solariums and spray tanning equipment are manufactured from quality components with designs that ensure your equipment has a long productive life.
- Should you ever need assistance with any aspect of your equipment, simply contact Alisun Australia or your local agent with the serial number located on your equipment.
- Your solarium or spray tanning equipment will be serviced promptly to your satisfaction.
If you are unsure of your serial number/s contact us and we shall assist you to locate them.
The warranty card and general users manual containing full details are supplied with the equipment.
Returns Policy The returns policy relates to consumables, such as lotions.
Warranty conditions (see above) should be viewed in relation to solarium purchases.
Acceptable reasons for return.
- Product is damaged or defective
- You would like to exchange for alternative product credit.
Conditions for returns
- Request must be made within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges and returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days.
- Product must not be used or tampered with unless returned due to defective quality. Used or tampered products cannot be exchanged due to salon preference alone.
- You must call for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form before returning the product. Products returned without an RMA, will be refused.
- Product must be complete in original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for credit.
- Product must be returned within 15 days of the date the RMA is issued.
Credits and/or product exchange
- Product exchange adn/or credit will be issued after we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 days from date of return for your credit to be issued.
- A 15% restocking fee and $15 courier fee will apply to orders returned for exchange purposes only.
- Credits may not be taken off open invoices.
- Credits must be used within 90 days of receipt.
- Should a salon return produjct due to dissactisfactio or damage, please notify us immediately product will be replaced at not charge. Salons must retuen product prior to receiving a replacement product.
Privacy Statement We respect your privacy. Any information gathered by Alisun Australia Pty. Ltd. will be kept private. We will not share or sell your information to anyone except when required to by law. To ship your order we must give your address to our freighter and in most cases we also provide your telephone number in case they have trouble delivering your package for any reason. You may request that we do not provide your telephone number if desired, however it may delay the delivery of your order.
